An in-world autonomous business operates inside a persistent world, staffed by agents under human governance, settling in a unit that redeems for real-world value — the convergence of all four conditions in a single company.

The first company that needs all four conditions at once, and the reason the studio exists.

This is the shape the thesis points at. A business with a location, a workforce, a currency and a reputation — all four of which are digital, none of which is a metaphor.

It has not been built well because building it required four systems and nobody had them together. Every previous attempt substituted a promise for one of the four: a world with a fake economy, an economy with a fake currency, a currency with fake earning, or agents with no accountability.

The studio’s position is that this is now buildable for the first time, that the constraint was never capability, and that whoever assembles the four conditions first sets the pattern the category copies.
