AssetMesh
The denomination layer for real-world assets: an open record format, rwa/1, that describes an asset, the independent attestations behind it, and the obligations issued against it — in a unit that already circulates. Tokenising an asset gives it a market; AssetMesh gives it a denomination.

The relationship, stated exactly
A FlashyOS layer, built and held by the group rather than spun out — the protocol the mesh needs if agents are to settle against real assets, published open as rwa/1.
The founding thesis
Why the company was started, and what would have shown the belief wrong. A description can be written after the outcome; a thesis cannot, which is the only reason this section is worth reading.
Real-world assets fail at denomination rather than at custody: the hard part is agreeing what one unit of a thing IS, in a way a stranger can check without trusting the issuer.
| Formed | 2026 — the denomination layer, split out from the intent work |
|---|---|
| Wedge | A validator with an obligation-kind table, published before any issuer is onboarded — so the first issuer joins a standard rather than negotiating one. |
| Would kill it | No independent appraiser or auditor will attest on a real asset against the format — which is the priced milestone, not adoption, because publishing a file is an afternoon. |
| Grade | M2 Argued — Rung `section` on the incubation ladder. rwa/1 is specified and the validator runs; zero issuers. The founding-issuer offer deliberately publishes no percentage, valuation or dollar figure, and a test greps the copy to keep it that way. |

Why it is evidence
The rwa/1 format is specified and published to npm as @flashyos/assetmesh, with the format and compliance pages live. No live issuance is claimed — pilots are stated as a thing to be measured, which is the honest position for a denomination layer before its first real asset.
