AssetMesh
Real-world assets fail at denomination rather than at custody: the hard part is agreeing what one unit of a thing IS, in a way a stranger can check without trusting the issuer.

Why then
A thesis with no timing argument is an observation. This is what changed that made the company possible in that year and not three years earlier.
Tokenisation has infrastructure and no vocabulary. Every issuer invents its own obligation kinds, so no two records can be compared and no third party can price them.
The wedge
The narrow first thing. A thesis without one is a market map, and a market map is not a company.
A validator with an obligation-kind table, published before any issuer is onboarded — so the first issuer joins a standard rather than negotiating one.
What has to be true
Each assumption stated so it can be checked rather than agreed with. A reader who disagrees with one of these disagrees with the company, which is the point of writing them down separately.
| 01 | Issuers want comparability more than they want bespoke terms |
| 02 | An appraiser or auditor will attest against a published format |
| 03 | The securities question can be answered before the schema question, because it is the one that ends the conversation |
What would kill it
One falsifier, not a list. A thesis with five has none, because no one of them ever quite happens and the company survives every partial version.
No independent appraiser or auditor will attest on a real asset against the format — which is the priced milestone, not adoption, because publishing a file is an afternoon.
What dates it
The earliest artefact that could only exist if the thesis already did. It bounds the thesis from above rather than dating its formation — the belief precedes the commit, always.

4a76b65a, `AssetMesh: rwa/1, the denomination layer for real-world assets` — the format landed before the pitch, which is the order this estate builds in.
How far it has got
The grade, and the register the grade was read from. A grade with no basis is an opinion wearing a badge.
Proven
Running against a population outside this estate, with a number that moves without our help.Evidenced
Running in production. Every consumer is inside the estate, which is the ceiling until somebody outside adopts it.Argued
This company is herePre-thesis
A real observation about the world. Not yet a company, and named here rather than dressed as one.Basis. Rung `section` on the incubation ladder. rwa/1 is specified and the validator runs; zero issuers. The founding-issuer offer deliberately publishes no percentage, valuation or dollar figure, and a test greps the copy to keep it that way.
Where this goes next
The vocabulary this thesis is written in, the cycle it was formed against, and the properties it touches. Every internal link is checked against the register that generates it, so a renamed term fails a test rather than becoming a 404 somebody finds later.
| Enforceable scarcity | The term the denomination layer has to be worth more than. |
|---|---|
| Settlement reality | What an asset record is claiming when it says a thing is worth something. |
| IntentMesh | The sibling it was split out from. |
| The AssetMesh section | The live surface, including the securities line — which comes before the schema on purpose. |
The other theses
